Step 2: Install Gplus Notifier
Once you are done with your download simply run the Application and finish installing the software just like any other normal installation for Windows.
Step 3: Setup Gplus properly
This is the most important step. The first thing that you need to do after successfully installing Gplus on your Windows PC or laptop is to sign in with your Google Account. Make sure you are using the same E-Mail address that you used for Google+ .
Once you are singed in you can close Gplus but note that it will still be running on the background and you can access it from the System Tray on the lower right hand side of the taskbar.
Step 4: Setup Windows Notification Center
Open you System Tray by clicking the small up arrow shaped icon on the lower right hand side of the screen and select Customize. Find the program called G+ Notifier and from the drop down make sure that Show all Notifications is selected.
Once you do the above 4 steps correctly you will be able to use Google+ Desktop Notifications Service with ease.
