Pinterest is growing like a wildfire. The following it gained especially in 2012 is simply amazing. While there are millions of active users using Pinterest to gain some exposure to their business or simply sharing images with others I managed to make a list of the 5 Most Followed users in Pinterest. One thing you should keep in mind is the fact that this list is done as of 25^th February 2012 so it might change if you are viewing it at a later date.  I will update any changes at the end of the post if I do find any. Without further due let’s take a look at the 5 most followed users in Pinterest.

Jane Wang

She mostly pins about everything you can ever imagine from food to fashion to toys and what not. She is also the mother of one of Pinterest’s co-founder.

She pins images related to photography, designing and CG (Computer Graphics). She is one of the first Pinterest users to pin some very useful Info graphic.

I really think Pinterest has great potential to be much more than just image sharing.  Webmasters are using their platform to promote E-Commerce Sites. However with all their quick success it is important to access how more and more users interact with Pinterest and the methods that the company will adopt to combat privacy.
